When the canine sidekick of a dedicated cop is framed for a crime that no upstanding pooch would dare commit, it's up to the policeman's thirteen year-old daughter to clear the dog of any wrongdoing. Officer Dan Harding (Dean Cain) may be a hero in the community, but to his adolescent daughter Julie (Britt McKipp) he's just another dad who's too busy to bond with his family.
