Another "best-of" Bob Marley collection that features tracks recorded with producer Lee "Scratch" Perry at Randy's in August of 1970, this set has some nice stuff, and the Wailers work with Perry during this time is arguably the best the group ever did, but even at that, the best Perry sides are absent here, and with a gazillion legal and maybe not so legal packages like this floating around out there, there's no compelling reason to seek this one out at all. ~ Steve Leggett, All Music Guide
